Cy7.5 mal - Introduction
Cy7.5-MAL(Cyanine7.5 maleimide) is a chemical that belongs to a class of isatin dyes. It has strong fluorescence properties and exhibits high absorption and emission peaks in the near-infrared spectral range. Its chemical structure contains a dienoimide group (maleimide), which allows it to react with thiol (-SH)-containing biomolecules (such as proteins and peptides) to form stable covalent bonds.
Cy7.5-MAL is mainly used in bioimaging and biomarker experiments. Because of its excellent near-infrared fluorescence performance, it can be used for the detection, tracking and quantitative analysis of biological molecules labeled by infrared fluorescence. It has a wide range of applications in biomedical research, such as immunology, cell biology, drug delivery and other fields.
